hey ive got this problem that ive been having with internet explorer on my computer. when i go to certain sites an error message will pop up and says something along the lines of "error on line <blank>. do you want to debug? and if i click yes, it opens up a debugger, and if not then it will go away. a common example would be a geocities site, and when the page opens up, if the little yahoo thing advertising for yahoo opens up too, then i dont get the error message. but if the ad banner does pop up then i do get the error message, it sometimes seems to do it on sites with java link bars or something, but im not positive on that. if anybody thinks that they can help, it would be appreciated. thanks

From http://www.fjsmjs.com/IE/scriptdb.htm

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.

You might want to refresh your scripting engine:

Sometimes there's a corrupt file in the cache and one must go to Tools |
Internet Options and click Delete Files.
