I am getting this message every day no one seems to able to help.
Your mailbox has exceeded one or more size limits set by your administrator.
Your mailbox size is 53396 KB.
Mailbox size limits:
You will receive a warning when your mailbox reaches 40000 KB.
You cannot send mail when your mailbox reaches 50000 KB.You may not
be able to send or receive new mail until you reduce your mailbox size.
To make more space available, delete any items that you are no longer using
or move them to your personal folder file (.pst).
Items in all of your mailbox folders including the Deleted Items and Sent
Items folders count against your size limit.
You must empty the Deleted Items folder after deleting items or the space
will not be freed.

No, it isn't spam, it's a message from the Exchange Server that says you're
over your mailbox size. Are you getting this on a POP3 account or at work?

Stop using your Inbox for holding e-mails indefinitely. You actually
thought you had an unlimited disk space? Cleanup your mailbox.

No it's not spam. It's an automated message from the Exchange Server that you are close to the limit on the amount of data you are allowed to store in your mailbox. If you have Outlook 2003, it has a Large Mail search folder that can help you find the largest messages to delete or move to a .pst file. You can also use Outlook's AutoArchive feature to clean out your mailbox regularly.
