Is this PC any good?

hey guys, all the threads ive made has helped me alot and i was just wondering whether this computer is any good:

Ideally i don't want to spend that much on a computer that doesn't include a monitor or even an OS.

Can anyone help me please, does anyone know of any good computers for the 50-600 range preferably including a monitor?

A fine pc and made my a good company, go for it.

We bought from Novatech in October and have had no problems so far.
