Is this an application error, graphic error or stupid error.

Thank you as always in advance. I have my company logo filed in "my
pictures" as a JPEG. I have successfully inserted the logo on to a word
document and then printed and it comes out great! NOW when I print I get a
black box completely filled in. What the heck could I have done?

To top it off........I have the same logo on my Power Point presentation and
each slide now appears with that dog gone black box.

HOWEVER, when I insert the logo on a word doc then copy it and paste in an
email it will print!

Please help.......I've gone through each command on the tool bar and I can't
remember playing with any of them. Thank you, Sissi

Hi Sissi,

What version of Word and Windows are you using?

Do you get this in a new, blank document, or only in certain existing documents?
