Is this a Virus or something else

Hello Guys
Well I am using Windows XP professional Server Pack
I don't have internet connection at home but instead i go to net.
Last time i brought some files from internet.
Now the situation in my system is this that whenever i open a folder in my
computer i found another folder with the same name and url inside that
folder. when i click to open it, it takes me back. I can't delete that folder.
Also in folders "Tools" Menu the "Folder Option ..." button doesn't appear.

Could anyone tell me what is it

and how can i get out of this situation.

Sounds like you copied a shortcut to your folders inside your folders.
