Is there any settings for Outlook (not OE) that recieve mail when Outlook starts

Hi
i have problem with outlook 2003 and outlook XP
when i start so will i have to click send/receive to get my new mail. it
dosen't come down automaticly.
I have looked around but did'nt see any settings for it
