Is there an "online" version of Outlook?

I am looking for an online outlook program so that I can access it from my
work computer, my personal laptop and my blackberry. Is that available with
Outlook?
 
Not unless you are hosted on an Exchange server with Outlook Web Access
(OWA).

Outlook is a client. You're looking for a mail service accessible from
multiple clients. A Hosted Exchange Service, Windows Live, or Google Mail all
seem to provide what you seek and you can access them from multiple clients.
