blackberry curve & bes

Our company has a blackberry enterprise server and all our email sent
to the exchange server is also sent to our blackberries. Is there a
way that when I delete an email from outlook that it will also delete
from my blackberry?

That would be a BES question the folks at Blackberry should have and answer
for. Nothing native to Outlook would be involved here.

Two things are required for this to work:

1) Make sure Mailbox & Handheld is selected for E-mail reconcilition on the
Blackberry.

2) Make sure you DON'T have "Empty the deleted Items folder upon Exiting"
selected in you Outlook options.
