Is there an Image Resizer for Windows 2000?

I know that XP has a power tool called ImageResizer that I have used on my
home pc, but I need one for my work computer. It will automatically resize
..jpg files to 640x480 resolution, perfect size for e-mail. Any suggestions
where to find one?

Get IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com/), which is free and has a batch
command that will resize pictures, as well as lots of other great stuff.
