Is there an easy way to download all the update products

Is there an easy way to download all the update products
for Windows 2000 and write a cd then take it to a friend
who does not have internet access? I looked on the update
site and I found network admin downloads but there were so
many. How do I know which ones to download? Thanks Shirley
