Is there Aero on trial version?

I have Ultimate and is there Aero on 30 days trail version.. Because my aero
disappears when i click on folder/file at starup.

Aero is no trial, sounds that you graphic card is the problem. Which hardware
are you using?

Are these windows opening maximized? Because when one maximized a window the
translucent effect (see through window borders) stops.

I am using 256MB HIS 800GT IceQ II Turbo. At startup i see Aero and when i
click on file/folder/program etc.. Then suddenly Aero is going to Basic. And
i tryed to change back to Aero but there isnt any option. And it is every
time i startup windows. in ati website 800 video card is listed that it
supports Windows Vista.

When i open any file/folder maximized/minimized all types changing back to
Basic.
