Is there a WinXP program to view TV

I have a TV/capture card and was wondering if there is a
program in WINXP that would allow me to watch tv?
 
Included with XP --- No.
Most likely if your card is capable of doing that it will come with it's own
software.
 
Check with the TV/capture card manufacturer. They are the ones who made the
card and provided the software for it to work with Windows 98. They would
have to now make it work in XP, if they so choose and/or if it is possible.

WinTV is not part of any windows version. It was supplied with your capture
card or with your computer by the oem as a bonus program.
