Yes, all manufacturers MUST provide a method to restore the Windows
installation to "factory new" setup. Please review the documentation
that came with your laptop for the method supplied. Or contact the the
manufacturers Tech Support folks and ask them.
I've read the above several times, and I *think* (but am not sure)
that you want to remove everything on the computer and reinstall
Windows.
If that's correct, yes you can do it. How you do it depends on the
particular laptop and its manufacturer. You should check with the
manufacturer to find out how.
By the way, why do you want to do this? In my view, it's more often a
mistake than not.
