Is there a way to remove emails placed in the "Junk email" folder.

I want to be able to remove emails placed in the "Junk email" folder of
Outlook from the server. Currently, Outlook only allows you to remove emails
deleted in the "Deleted Items" folder from the server. Is there a way to do
the same thing to emails placed in the "Junk email" folder?

not automatically with default Outlook settings.
If you don't look at your Junk then you can set Junk to be permanently
deleted instead of going to Junk with Outlook 2003.
