I want to know if I can remove emails sent through outlook can be deleted
from the hard drive. There are some emails that I sent from work that I do
not want anyone to be able to pull off just in case they should have the
notion to do so. Can anybody help?

POP/IMAP/SMTP or Microsoft Exchange account?

For POP/IMAP/SMTP accounts. Select items in outlook you want to delete.
Press SHIFT + DELETE to delete. At this point you would want to compact the
Personal Folders file. Compacting a personal folders file is done by right
clicking on Personal folders and select properties > advanced > compact now.

For Microsoft Exchange. Delete items so it goes to delete items folder.
Delete from deleted items. Select Tools | Deleted Item Recover. Find it
and delete it again. (You need to do all three of these before a backup of
Exchange occurs. If you don't and the servers gets a backup before you
delete, it is on backup tape and can be restored by the company.)
