Is there a way to "fit" video to fixed time?

Hello,

I have a video clip that is 47 seconds long and need it to be 45 seconds. I
can't easily trim the start/end or other parts of the video. Is there a way
to speed up
the video/audio to reduce the video length?

You can use the speed up effect to only double the speed, to get a small
change in speed you'd need a change in programme, to a higheer level one.

My method of working around that is to find small parts within the video that
you can trim or speed up that won't be noticeable. Also if there is somewhere
you can split and overlap the clips just a bit.
