Is there a way to delete a calendar?

Peter

We r running exchange 2003 with outlook 2003. They r
currently sharing calendars but the problem is a few of
them also have a pop3 account setup and because of this
they now have a personal folders directory. This is all
good it doesn't matter. Wot does matter is when they can't
work out which calendar to use. Is there anyway for me to
delete the calendar from the personal folders directory
leaving only the shared calendar through the exchange
account?

if the exchange account I set as the default store, that will be the shared
calendar. you can remove the other calendar from the nav pane and should be
able to delete it from the folder list. But you must first make sure the
exchange mailbox is set as default delivery location.

Ok i just worked it out. I had to go into tools, email
accounts, Then down the bottom change where it says
Deliver new emails to the following location: And change
it from personal folders and to the Mailbox - USER. I was
then able to remove the contacts folder in personal
folders from the "My Contacts" and now its all good :)
Thanks for ur help.
Regards
Peter
