Is there a way to change the look of your cursor in Mircosof word

I want to change my cursor to something cute, is it possible?

Not a Word issue.

Yes, it is possible but most of the programs that allow you to do so contain
spyware, etc. Plus some can really screw up your system. It's not worth it.

You can change the mouse pointers in Windows Control Panel | Mouse, but not
the cursor, which is the vertical line that indicates the insertion point.
