Is there a way to add a phone # from contacts in a Task?

Is there a way to add a phone # from contacts in a Task? In doing a Task I
can put in a contact, but is there anyway to add an email or phone line so
that when I view all the Tasks it will show the email and phone number
without having to put each on individually? I was about to add the column in
the overview page but you have to put in the email and phone number
individually. It seems there would be a way for Outlook to insert in for you
if it's already in your contacts. Any info would help. Thanks.
