Is there a setting that specifically removes jpg files from e-mai.

Email with jpg attachments arrive without the attachement. Other image files
are not a problem.

it's not an outlook setting, unless it's outlook 2003 and the blocked
external content feature - but that's only for embedded html and the picture
placeholder tells you to click here to view...

is there any other common factor? Same sender for example?

It is the same sender but other e-mail adresses (hotmail) get the jpgs -same
e-mail. I have checked "rules" -just in case- nothing and checked "junk
e-mail" but nothing helpful???
