- Is there a "repair" tool for IE?

Embedded video clips no longer work in IE (latest version + all patches).
Areas that should display video instead show screwed up imagery with buttons
all over the place.

Is there a "repair" command I can use?

I tried re-installing IE SP1 over itself and it wouldn't let me, saying that
my IE is more recent than what I was trying to over-write it with.
