Is there a default file size limit and how can it be changed?

I am creating MPEG film clips files but can no loger generate a file larger than 4,194,302
Previoulsly I had generated a file as large as 8,949,606, but have since reinstalled th OS
I did not knowingly change any parameters under the previous OS.

Convert your file system to NTFS.

Convert your file system to NTFS.

As well as having a drive using NTFS, you must also use a video codec
which is "OpenDML" (I think that is the term) for the codec to be
able to create a file larger than 4gig

MPEG streams do not care about OpenDML.

That standard applies to .AVI stuff only.

He's got a filesystem issue.
