delete does not reduce the file size

In MS Access, I generated a big table.
With it the file size was larger than 1GB.

Later, I deleted the whole records but the file size was the same.

Thus, I deleted the table. The file size was still the same.

How can I reduce the file size after deleting records(rows)?
