Gave my old computer to my daughter. She changed the
passwords even for admisistrator and forgot them and
can't get in! Is there a bypass?

Yes, it's called a clean install.

I don't speak for Smiths, and Smiths doesn't speak for me.

If you created a rescue disk set then yes, otherwise, no, you'll have to
do a clean reinstall of Windows.

You can try the offline nt password cracker. Google for it. If you don't
think you can do it, call in a good local computer repair person who
will be able to get in for you. And then make an account for
Administrator and leave the password blank or write the bloody thing
down. Make a separate account for your daughter and leave the password
blank. Tell her to log in under her own account and not Administrator.
