Hey,

Is theire a function in Windows whick disables starting a programma more
then once? Can someone help me please?

It depends. If the program loads itself from the startup or registry then
you can disable loading twice. Google "startup" and you will see a lot of
freeware startup monitor/controllers.

Some programs allow themselves to have more than one instances and others do
not. There is no way (unless you are the programmer of the app) you can
control this.
