Is Recycle Bin Distributed to Other Drives?

I have 3 hard drives. There are recycle bins on each drive. Are
these bins exclusive? That is, are files deleted on one drive put in
the recycle bin on another drive or, are deleted files kept
exclusively on the drive the file was on?

I have been assuming they were exclusive, but I just noticed the bin
on one drive was large and I rarely delete anything on this drive.
This cause me to begin wondering and thus to post this question.

Right click on the Recyle Bin on your Desktop and select Properties.

So, if I have it set to configure drives independently files deleted
on a given drive remain on that drive?
