Hey All,
As subject states is it broke? In XP I was able to go to the command
prompt type nslookup press enter and get teh carrot prompt. I was then able
to type set q=all and then enter the domain in question ie company.com and
get a fairly detailed DNS report about a domain.
I have since upgraded to vista business and now all it does is time out
when I do the above steps. Nothing has changed on the backend only my
workstation. If I pull up the help at the command prompt it appears that
nothing much has changed but again it does not return and responses.
Any ideas?

TIA

This is result on my Vista Home Premium, seems to work fine.
Router is provided by my Verizon account with 'default' firewall settings.

assume that there is little different at the networking level.
