Is Multiple DHCP servers good on a network?

Hi,
I want to know if there a few hundred machines [each are bdc], good
to have dhcp server running on every machine[all machines are in the
same domain]? If there are problems, what kind of problems that those
machine will have?

Hi,
Thanks for the reply, but I am looking for a valid reason or some
article which states why it shouldn't be and what problems will arise.
If anybody can help me with this, I would appreciate it.

Hi,

You can have multiple dhcp servers in the network but only
the main domain server will solve the DHCP function.

According to my knowledge it's not required(Multiple DHCP
server).
