Is MS Direct Access Down?

Anyone know why I haven't been able to log into the Microsoft Direct Access
NG servers (privatenews.microsoft.com) for the last few days?

Did you receive the new credentials via email? They aren't anonymous groups.

I think the email address I used for Direct Access is long extinct. I was
registered and able to log in until recently. Did they change the login?

Do you have any info on how I can contact them email, web site, telephone,
etc to update my account.

Not sure - the only private NGs I have access to are for MVPs and we receive
notice of the new credentials from our team leads. Not sure what Direct
Access is, actually - might want to poke around the MS support site.
