Is Microsoft FrontPage available on Microsoft Office 2003?

I have Office 2003 and for some reason I can't seem to find Microsoft
FrontPage. What should I do? Is it actually in Office 2003?
 
No, it's not. It's an Office product, but doesn't ship with any version of
Office.

FP2003 is not included with any version of Office 2003 - you must buy it as
a separate item.
