Installing Frontpage 2003 on a new computer

I am installing Microsoft Office Professional Eneterprise Edition 2003 on a
new computer (running Windows Xp) and I cannot figure out how to install
Frontpage. Shouldn't it be on the MOPEE disc? I can't find any file named
frontpage or fp2004.

Thanks

FrontPage 2003 has never been included in any Office Suites...It has always
been sold as a stand alone product. You might find someone willing to sell
it somewhat inexpensively on eBay. FrontPage is now discontinued so you will
probably have a difficult time finding it at retail stores.

Actually, it was included in a very few office suites, most notably the
Office 2000 Developer suite which wasn't widely available for the general
Office user but hasn't been included in a long time.

Call me skeptical Mark..but I am thinking that FrontPage 2003 was not
included in Office 2000 Developer. :)

Now other versions of FrontPage were in some of the higher end Office
Suites...although I cannot remember which were with which..or is it witch?

Thanks for all the responses. I guess I (mistakenly) thought that FrontPage
was part of Office (in my other computer, that was how I was able to get it!)

FrontPage 2000 was included in MS Office 2000 Premium and Developer
editions
Also FP2002 was included in MS Office XP/2002 Premium Upgrade Special
Edition,
and Office XP Professional With FrontPage

FrontPage versions before FP 2000, and after FP2002 were always sold as
standalone applications.

Hello, It was included in microsoft office 2000 which is on an old Win98
compter of mine. We now have a newer WinXp and purchased office 2003 which
does not include it. Can I install it from the old 2000 disk and put in on
this new computer that has office 2003? Do you think I will have problems
with it. Thanks,

Do a custom install.
Do not install any PWS (Personal Web Server) - this will break Windows
XP
Do not install any Office Tools.

After installing you may have to re-install or repair the Office 2003
installation, since some components may be overwritten by FrontPage
2000. It is always best to install in the order the programs were
produced - 2000 followed by 2003.

Do a custom install and do not include the shared office components
- or install Office 200o /w FP then reinstall Office 2003
