Is it possible to track what a user does on the network ?

Hi all,

Is it possible to track what a user does on our network ? I have an issue
whereby I need to keep tabs on a users access and what folders/documents
they view. Is this possible on a per user basis ?

also, Can I see what IP a user logs in from and at what times ?

and type
auditing

then see the overview, setting up etc ...

Is it possible to check what files only a couple of specific users access
using the Auditing function used pointed to earlier ?
