disconnect a user from the server

is it possible to disconnect a user from the server while
he is working on the network?

he needs to be logged on the network but must be totally
prevented accessing any data for 5 hours per day for 4
days.

what is the best possible way for this.

but with this they will be able to logon again?

i need them to be able to logon but not access any folder,
sub-folders, files for 3 days, once i disconnect them.

Temporarily "Deny" the user's access permissions.
Right-click the drive/folder
Select the Security tab
Select the user
Make note of the current permissions
(so you can reset them later)
Click Deny Full Control
