Is it possible to send a single reply message to multiple emails?

I am trying to send a single message to reply to multiple incoming messages.
These addresses are not going to be added to my address book. This is for a
property management company. We want to reply to incoming messages regarding
a property for rent, but don't want to have to reply to 20 emails
individually, when the same reply to all would be simpler and time saving.
Is this even possible in Outlook 2007?

Sure, for messages you've already recieved simply copy/move them to their
own folder, create a rule that automatically replies to any message, do *not*
enable the rule and simply do a Run Rules Now with that rule on that folder.
