Is it possible to create an e-mail message that will "resend" eve.

I am trying to create a message that will be sent to a group of managers
every Monday. It has lots of detail, so I don't want to use a clander entry.
I want something they will have waiting intheir inbox every Monday. The
detail of the message will never change.
