Is it possible to add a graphic to a Textbox?

I have added a textbox to my slide using the Control Toolbox. Is it possible to add a graphic to this textbox?

Ultimately I would like to create an area that has both a graphic and a scrollbar to simulate an upcoming online testing environment for my students.

If there is another way to do it I'll take that too.
