Irregular recurring calendar items

HELP!!
Does anyone know how to create a recurring calendar item
that occurs irregularly. i.e. In Jan on the 1st & 4th Tue
and then in Feb on the 1st & 3rd Tue always at the same
time. Is there a way to schedule these meetings all at one
time or will I have to schedule each one individually.
