Irregular Internet Refresh

My internet connection does not refresh very regularly and
sometimes will connect and be reading pages that are days
and days old. How can I change the frequency of refresh,
so that it is always updated?

general tab
temporary internet files
settings
check the radio button
to check for newer versions of stored pages
that you want

Control Panel - Internet Options, in the Temporary Internet Files area
click Settings, and there select a different 'Check for fresh versions
of stored pages. Either choose. Every time you start Internet Explorer,
or Automatically (which works well for me)
