GC Drivers.

Have downloaded the latest drivers for my GC.
But even now the picture & icons on screen go a bit pixelated until i hit refresh?
Could it be the monitor playing up, it is 5 yrs old?
Sometimes fine other times bad?

And when i scroll over an icon or word it seems to refresh and go ok?
Or when i refresh the page all ok then it goes blurry again??
