IRQ_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS due to videoprt.sys

Hi to all.
I've a problem on my laptop (a Compaq N1015v): when it's generated a
consistent traffic on my network adapter it stops to work. It hangs
and there's no way to reset it without restart the system. And during
shutdown I experience a blue screen of death that says:
IRQ_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS.
Adding the following DWORD in my registry I was able to get from the
blue screen the name of the driver that cause the fault: videoprt.sys

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session
Manager\Memory Management]
"TrackLockedPages"=dword:00000001

What can I do to solve my problem?
Is possible that is correlated with the Microsoft Security patch
Q811493 (I'v heard of some user that have problems with the
videoprt.sys driver after installing this patch)?
