(0x00162aa4, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xf76f47f3). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP.

associate with that dump was a .sys file

its called sfng.32.sys

i think there may be some driver mixup, or maybe some piece of hardware is
conflicting with another piece of hardware.. maybe trying to gain acces to
same piece of ram at same time.. i dont know

PLEASE HELP!!!

EMAIL ME WITH ANY INFO ON HOW TO FIX THIS

Hi,

I had this problem once during boot-up, it turned out to be insufficient
power supply.

What wattage is your PSU? What sort of GFX card do you have? Are there lots
of USB devices connected?

Andy

i am running 400watt power supply on my system. ive got a pentium D dual
core 920 CPU, 1 gig or Buffalo Ram, a Geforce 6800xt Graphics card

i thought 400Watt would be enough...

also, to day i re installed windows on my system, and now im getting the
same BSOD, except it no longer says IRQL-NOT LESS THAN EQUAL, it says BAD
POOL LOADER. and then the driver associated with the error is a webcam
driver....

here is the stop code for that error

could be anything. that IRQL NOT LESS THAN can be caused by a
multitude of things.
I once got it, changed RAM, still got it. Reformatted and that solved
it. Maybe a driver conflict.

so as you thought,. prob webcam. And as one would - try removing
webcam, see if error persists. try uninstalling drivers .... try
reinstalling drivers.... try downloading new drivers....try
reformat...try diff webcam
