IRQ Conflicts / Crashing -- blue screen and otherwise

Running Windows XP Pro, SP2.

I recently installed an ADS Tech PCI card with 2 Firewire and 3 USB 2.0
ports, updated the drivers etc. and have been having major crash problems.

The motherboard (Soyo) contains 2 USB 1.1 ports (one used), 2 USB 1.1
connectors (not used), and 4 USB 2.0 connectors (all used by a combo port
bay).
Aside from the obvious "get rid of the PCI card" I was wondering if anybody
sees a pattern or solution here:

1. Most common crash: "hard" reboot. I have the error settings set to give
me a blue screen, but a significant number of times the computer simply
reboots, event viewer registers no errors. There doesn't seem to be a
pattern to these; sometimes the computer won't be doing anything and it'll
happen, other times I can go a few days without one.
2. Blue screen. A couple. Device driver conflicts, including wireless USB
antenna. I've tried it on the MoBo ports and the PCI ports. Same problem.
3. Lockup. Even less. Usually involves sound/music.

A look at the IRQs may help. Note conflicts on 5, 10, 11, 12. Including
four conflicts on 10 and five on 12. I'm running an ACPI system, but as per
KB314068 I set my BIOS Plug&Play OS setting to NO. (The crashes happen
either way.)
IRQ 0 System timer OK
IRQ 1 Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard OK
IRQ 3 Communications Port (COM2) OK
IRQ 4 Communications Port (COM1) OK
IRQ 5 NEC PCI to USB Open Host Controller OK
IRQ 5 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller OK
IRQ 6 Standard floppy disk controller OK
IRQ 8 System CMOS/real time clock OK
IRQ 9 Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System OK
IRQ 10 NEC PCI to USB Open Host Controller OK
IRQ 10 Texas Instruments OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller OK
IRQ 10 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller OK
IRQ 10 RAID Controller OK
IRQ 11 ALL-IN-WONDER 9600 SERIES OK
IRQ 11 Generic 56K HCF Data Fax Modem #2 OK
IRQ 12 Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller OK
IRQ 12 VIA USB 2.0 Enhanced Host Controller OK
IRQ 12 CMI8738/C3DX PCI Audio Device OK
IRQ 12 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller OK
IRQ 12 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller OK
IRQ 13 Numeric data processor OK
IRQ 14 Primary IDE Channel OK
IRQ 15 Secondary IDE Channel OK

A further bit of possibly relevant information: My wireless USB antenna
(NetGear) has issues. A lot of the time it will simply disable itself.
Rarely can software alone bring it back. A few times a log off / on will,
sometimes a restart will, but often it needs a full shutdown and turn on.
According to KB310575, a proper USB2.0 port will shut off if a device draws
more than 500mA until the computer is power cycled. Whether this is what is
going on, and whether it's due to software, the antenna or the port, I have
no idea.

I plan on doing a reformat/reload in the next few days, so any advice
beforehand would be much appreciated.

Oh, I should probably mention that I have an AGP video card, and then my only
PCI devices are the Firewire/USB card and a modem (not in use). My sound is
an onboard (MoBo) audio chip.
