it looks like you have way too much stuff on IRQ 9. i would try moving some
things. do u have anything on 10 or 11???

IRQ 9 is used by many devices because windows allows IRQ sharing by PCI devices. You can probably improve the situation by assigning IRQs for some devices in the system BIOS, SCSI BIOS, etc. You should at least assign a different IRQ for your AGP and SCSI adapter. Try disabling ACPI. Also try to get the sound card to use its own IRQ. There have been many reports of PCI sound cards causing problems with IRQ sharing; something I have avoided by using my old ISA sound card with IRQ 5.

IRQ sharing isn't the problem.

Agreed. A little more information might be helpful - Operating System? Any
messages when it reboots? Anything in the Event Viewer if it's Windows XP/2K/NT?
Did it start after installing hardware, software or updating something? When
does it do this - warm, cold, heavy load, etc.? My first suspicion is a driver
problem - maybe a USB device behaving badly. Second guess would be a power
supply or other hardware issue.
