IRQ Conflict at Startup - Windows restart automaticly

Hello,

I have the last version of Microsoft Windows XP
Professional with all patch from Microsoft.

When I start my PC with my USB Microsoft Keyboard and
Mouse, I have an IRQ Conlict and Windows restart
automaticly.

I try to uninstall and reinstall all my hardware, but
nothing solve that.

If someone can help me, thank you very much in advance.

Hi, Michael.

Can you gain control in Windows long enough to change your settings in
System Properties? How about in Safe Mode?

If you can, go to System Properties | Advanced | Startup and Recovery
Settings. Under System failure, remove the check from the box that says
Automatically restart.

This should interrupt the continual reboot cycle. It won't solve the
situation that is causing the problem, but it should halt with a BSOD (Blue
Screen of Death) full of codes that will point the way to a solution. Post
those codes here and somebody should be able to help you interpret them.
