IPSec tunnel

I am trying to settup a VPN for XP
I am trying to access secpol.msc from the run command
I keep getting a cannot find the file
When I run a search nothing is found

Hi Bernie,

Then try to run "sfc /purgecache /scannow" or expand secpol.msc from windows
CD to System32 folder
