iPod format video from Windows Movie Maker software

I'm using the windows movie maker software to edit video I'm capturing from a
Canon digital video camera. I would like to transfer the output to my video
iPod, but I cannot puzzle out which of the "save movie files" profiles is
appropriate (if any).

I'm surprised to see that this problem has not been addressed anywhere
before!!

I think you must have known that Microsoft and Apple are comptetitors of
each other. So any product incompatibility between their products is not a
big surprise.

You have to use converters to and from the formats:

The only surprise is that ALL of the M$ materials seem to ignore the iPod, as
though they don't exist. Thanks for the link to the converters.

M$: get your act together! Whether you compete with Apple or not, people
are buying iPods... if you don't support them, people might start buying Macs
too!!
