"ipnathlp" ERROR

Hi to the group,
Does anybody have any ideas what the following error is?ID: 32003
Source: ipnathlp
It is causing programs to "hang" every so often i.e. "program is not
responding" - they do eventually "unhang" but it is annoying.

Try disabling ICS on your computer (on any shared connections) as ipnathlp
is an ICS component.
After disabling it, re-enable it as necessary.
