Hi,
I understand your issue, the error IPNATHLP means Microsoft NAT Helper
components (ipnathlp.dll) .Do you have a NAT or ICS setup in your
network.Try this solution and let me know.

Solution:
1.Try disabling internet connection sharing, reboot to restart the network
and then re-enable internet connection sharing. OR
2. Create a new Dialup connection and delete old ones.

Hi
Before I take those steps (thanks by the way) let me give you some info and ask some questions

INFO
I am not on a netwok - I have a wireless network card installed but my laptop (also with a wireless network card installed) is not in use at the moment so the Peer-to-peer network is "down." I am also using a broadband USB modem
I have DISABLED the following: LAN (Intel PRO/1000 CT Network Connection); Wireless (D-Link AirPlus Xtreme G DWL-G520 Adapter); and 1394 Connection (1394 Net Adapter)
The only Connection ENABLED is my Dial-Up - USB Broadband. (This has TcP/IP, QoS, and Client for MS Networks checkd on the "networking" tab. Internet Connection Firewall on the "Advanced" tab is unchecked.

Some questions
1) What is NAT
2) What is ICS (is it the Internet Connection Firewall?)
