IPM_SUBTREE folder

Hello,

I have outlook setup to connect to our exchange server. I've just
accidently dragged all my emails from today and they've dissappeared.

Clicking on the 'Unread Mail' shortcut shows that I have 6 unread
messages in the 'IPM_SUBTREE' folder. I have dragged these back to my
inbox but I can't find a way of getting the rest of the messages back.

where have they gone?

To where ever you dragged them. If you don't know we don't know either.
Performing a mailbox wide search would be a good start. Also search the
Public Folders and pst-files you can reach. Next time directly click Edit->
Undo
