ipconfig.exe running at random intervals

every so often, ipconfig.exe pops up in a dos cmd line on
the screen saying:
"Successfully flushed DNS records" or something similar.

What the heck is causing this? It just started right as I
cleaned that pesky worm off the server.

It does this seemingly at random intervals about every 40
min., and does it consecutivly about 12 times or so, then
whatever program or service that's doing it appears
satisfied and it goes away only to reappear later.

Be nice to make it go away.
